All products sold on NextPrep Academy are digital goods (ebooks in PDF, EPUB, or other electronic formats). No physical goods are shipped.
Upon successful payment, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence to access and read the purchased content for your personal, non-commercial use only.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes will not affect purchases already completed. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected orders and issue a full refund.

How to request a refund: Email support@nextprepacademy.com within 14 days of your purchase date with your Order ID, the email address used at checkout, and a description of the issue.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and credited back to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
We reserve the right to decline refund requests that appear to be abusive (e.g., repeated purchases and immediate refund requests of the same title).
All content on the NextPrep Academy platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of NextPrep Academy or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
Ebook content remains the intellectual property of the respective authors and publishers. Your purchase grants you a limited licence as described in Section 4, not ownership of the copyright.
DMCA: If you believe that content on our platform infringes your copyright, please send a takedown notice via our contact form with full details of the alleged infringement, including identification of the copyrighted work and the infringing material.

The platform and all content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NextPrep Academy and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or goodwill — arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
In any case, our aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the total amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim; or (b) USD $50.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms or our policies, engaged in fraudulent activity, or for any other legitimate business reason.
Upon termination, your licence to access any purchased content survives provided you have not violated these Terms — however, your active download links will be invalidated. We recommend downloading your purchases promptly.
You may delete your account at any time by contacting support. Termination of your account does not affect any rights or obligations that arose before the termination.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you benefit from mandatory consumer protection provisions of the law of your country of residence.
Informal resolution: Before filing any formal legal claim, you agree to first contact us at support@nextprepacademy.com and allow us 30 days to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.
EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify registered users by email and update the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and NextPrep Academy with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements and understandings. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
